Burgundy Long Sleeve Lambswool Polo Shirt

The Sørvest Long Sleeve Polo is knitted from lambswool in a 12-gauge construction, bringing together exactly the qualities we look for in a slightly heavier polo shirt. The lambswool gives the knit a soft yet durable character, and despite the slightly heavier yarn, the overall feel remains surprisingly light.

Through extensive sampling, we’ve developed a collar with just the right weight, density and proportions to sit neatly underneath a jacket without excess fabric bunching. Its construction also allows for gentle steam ironing, making it easier to shape and prepare before wear — although, as with all knitwear, we always advise caution when using an iron.

Through extensive testing with different dyes, we eventually arrived at a unique shade somewhere between brown and burgundy — distinctive enough to stand out, yet subtle enough to pair naturally with the more subdued hues of winter.

Great care is taken in selecting the yarns for each garment. Every yarn is custom-dyed specifically for the individual product, making each knit a unique and limited-edition piece.
